MR.KOOL Corn Flour gives you the wholesome goodness of pure flour made only from the choicest corn. Method: Make a better with cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, salt and little water, Dip the mushrooms in this batter and deep fry in hot oil. For the Sauce: Heat oil, add ginger garlic and green paster and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Add cornflour dissolved in water. Add the sauces, salt, ajinomoto and mix well. Add. the fried mushrooms and cook till sauce just mushrooms. Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions.
