Great product
It's my first protein suppliment and i can see a vast difference in my work out... I used to do push up for only 20 to 25 in two intervals but after having this i did total of 60 push ups in 3 interval and it just boosted me up and i did more running and crunches after have the protein before i cannot do too much of running and crunches. Vast difference. And i hope it will give me some good cuts and shapes on my Body.

but remember one thing, that protien supplement is not any magic spell... it just fullfil daily protein requirement for your body
if you want to gain muscles as beginners.. just for it..
and i got better results.. when i use it 15 mins after an intense workout... never just pump yourself.... train your muscles hard... then this supplement will do its work..
