I will not write too much but I would say it's a very good and genuine product...There are no side effects and I had lost 3.5kg in just 2week..But correct nutrition and exercise is must for it... Please take it was carb then only it will show the best results..It is mentioned that take 1tab which contains 500mg l carnitine but for fat lost and our body required minimum 2gm . So please go for atleast 3tab a day rest I will get from your food.
