taste is good but, this not best way to gain weight, they're recommends 2 scoop per day,total no. of serving 6, that means ever time you're spending 130 rupees per serving, better you spend 130 rupees to natural sources, like egg chicken paneer peanut dates milk, to achieve the calorie , this gainer gives 660 calorie per serving better you go with natural sources

This is perfect for biggeners and i use this from 4 months and it help me to gain 15 kg wait gain with perfect diet and 1hours workout i take this in the morning after gym and before going to sleep take half scoop in the morning and in the night u can also add oats peanut banana and milk it will help you lot this is my personal opinion for who is reading my review believe me 😊

This is a genuine product.Does what it says...I go to the gym regularly and I actually gained 2 kgs..Great product..Taste was a but too much sweet for me..but others might like it... tastes the best when mixed with banana shake.

It will help in gaining weight approx 10 kg in a month but at a certain limit.....But it performs well with exercise and gives good results no any issues with it but for best results take this while doing exercise and also a good diet is needed
