Decent product
Product seems to be orignal but very bad Way of delivery. Protein's cap was open and seal was teared off, this is not the way to deliver a 5000 rs worth dietery supplement.

A:no.. you cant, because after workout you need something that absorbs quickly to feed the hungry muscles.. casein is slow digesting protien, it should be taken before going to bed or in the day time.
