I m using this product since 10 days ..
My opinion on this
First of all taste
I baught chocolate flavor of this
And taste is not good and also not bad its average but ha you can drink...but don't take more water when u drink take as per requirement 250 ml
Effect
I am not lying but when i took it first and second time i thought it is not working properly coz i after rest in morning i can feel the muscle is not repaired but after 5,6 days i noticed result and its pretty goof
