Quality contents in the pack . Helps in linear muscle growth and reduces fat . Mango flavour is not that great . You get a bit sandy texture If you do not add enough water . Excellent taste. Amount of protein per serving is low. For beginners, this is good. For advanced level, take 4 scoops per day( 2 in morning, 1 in evening) for improved result.
