Not good
Didn't like this protein one bit been into fitness for quite sometime but this one didn't like just because of the taste mainly it was sooooo sweet like i was drinking sugar
and not sure why did they add added sweetener to this making the taste even worst
and this also consist of soy lecithin , if a person suffering from thyroid cannot consume soy
so many protein out there better than this for sure.... not buying this again and my honest opinion and wonder y the cost is so high for nothing.
