Nakpro whey concentrated raw - bad taste but results are avg.
Nakpro whey gold- don't recommend used almost 4 packs but little result
But about platinum whey isolate - with proper nutrition you will start reaching towards your goal. Two months of usage and lost 6 kgs with no loss in muscle mass.
