So it's effective or not, i won't be able to tell.. but i think Nakpro is a trustworthy brand.
For flavour, it's 25% is sufficient to give a mango vibe in my otherwise unflavoured protein shakes. And the flavour still feels unnatural.
It's a bit grainy though, and you will feel it while drinking. But I don't mind that, as I am use to vegan proti...

1) taste was very bad. If u r used to whey protein don't switch to plant protein, beginner may be can try.
2)mixability is also not good, it's like thick ragi jawa can't do it with shakers better go with mixer.
