Synopsis and Features

In Need For Speed: Undercover you play a undercover cop who is trying to take down a multi-million dollar smuggling gang. You will be chasing down street racers who have mysteriously come in contact with the gang. With the help of agent Chase Linh, you have to collect evidence to put the gang behind bars. Do you have it in you to become the best racer in the game?

Developed by Piranha Games and published by Electronic Arts, Need For Speed: Undercover puts you in the seat of an illegal street racer who will do anything to nab the criminals. The single-player mode allows you to drive around the entire Tri-City area. With more than 100 miles of road to drive on, you can explore the city the way you deem fit. There are various interesting events in the game that you can take part in. These include Lead Events: an event where you must be ahead of your rival by 300 meters, Circuits, Sprints, Checkpoint races, and Eliminator races.

The events in the game are fun to play as you can drive and explore the various things happening in the city. The game provides some intense race moments as you will be chased by cops after almost every race. Driving through the city and finding hiding spots to sneak away from the police is entertaining and exciting.

The game offers a variety of cars such as Audi R8, Nissan GT-R (R35), Porsche Carrera GT, Pagani Zonda F, Shelby GT500, Mazda RX-8, Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 and many more. You can take part in some intense races as the AI for the game has been tweaked. Your opponents will be more aggressive and will hit nitrous more often if they are left behind, making it harder to win races.

As you progress through the game you can unlock various upgrades. Installing these upgrades will help your car to move faster and win races easily. You can play the game with your friends as you can create an Ad hoc network. This allows you to have plenty of multiplayer fun as you can select different modes and play for hours at a stretch.
