I like to collect blasters and this one is my first auto blaster so it took me a good while before I knew that the mag must be inserted before the blaster starts revving. The flywheel system is new to me and I think I have a more than few moments where the blaster doesn't shoot properly and jams. The force with which it shoot is average and I feel that manual spring blasters shoot harder. would suggest you to buy heavy duty AA rechargeable battery and use them by fixing some kind of packing around. I have done this way , this is significantly more practical.
