It has whey concentrate protien which is slow digestive protien . So one serving (50g or 6 levelled scoop ) will give you approx 22 g of protien which is not impressive.. but price wise is good. It has little (almost no sugar at all) but it has maltodextrin which has high GI than table sugar . However if you have balanced diet it will not affect it at all Diabetic patients should avoid this supplement
