This one of the fastest router of Netgear with DSL built in, the setup was easy and wireless speeds are amazing now, I GB file to copy takes about 10 seconds.

This is one very classy and chic looking modem router and performs just as well. The Netgear genie app makes it simple and easy to setup or configure this router even through your smartphone! The stealth wifi network option is just great.

Packing and delivery was really good!

I bought this modem for exactly one purpose - To stream from the usb connected drive to my PS3. Thats exactly what it doesn't do well. So I'm a bit disappointed at that.

Pros :
- Easy configuration. Almost auto configuring.
- fantastic AC band speeds. File transfers happen really fast.
- Wireless printer sharing is fantastic.

Cons :
- Size. This modem is HUGE by nay standards. Has a shiny front and all nice lighting effects, but it eats so much space. Its good looking but in all probabilit...

This one is fast has a modem inbuilt, blah blah blah.. I won't go into the normal details that everyone else has already posted. Good One, but.
Here is the bottom line...

This is the first generation router of its class. The second version hardware has a USB 3.0 interface and this one only has the USB 2.0. That being said, I did not find the latest version of the D6300 online. Maybe not yet available in Indian markets. So If I was you, I would wait.

I am also buyer of Asus RT-N66U so my review will be sort of in comparison to it.
Positive Points:

1) It has modem alright that is a positive point over RT-N66U

Negative Points
1) Range is very poor as compare it RT-N66U
2) It has only front directed Antenna so it will have higher range where it is having its front. I have it tested RT-N66U gives me 90M range covering my road fully. This has problem on a floor above. RT-N66U has three antennas so you can adjust their positions.

Best for ipad, iphone and Macbooks. The beamforcing never breaks any video on youtube inbetween for me.

Be aware, R6300 is just a router whereas this product d6300 is both modem+router. Ofcourse the later one is better.
