Yes this is soap free you will no get a single foam bubble it is like washing with water for first time users it looks bit odd but thats whats soap free means...
i have deducted 1 star as it is better than other products but still can be improved a bit more in terms of afterwash effects...afterwash you feel bit dry....

All over a good buy only because it is soap free....go for it...

i m huge fan of Neutrogena products.. i have been using neutrogena moisturiser, deep clean facial cleanser and Neutrogena ultra sheer sun block for years...considering the fact that neutrogena products are skin friendly, this time when my neutrogena facial cleanser bottle got finished , i thought of giving this cleanser a try (as it claimed to be extra gentle) .. but to my shock , the day i applied it, it resulted in severe breakout..i am really very very disappointed with this product..

The face wash is too good. It leaves skin moisturized minimum of 6 hours.
It does not make your skin look oily too. The only thing is it does not generate foam and it looks like lotion, any ways this does not matter when it does its job perfectly

This product is for people with extra sensitive skin .
It cleans and moisturize the skin ,but would not recommend it for oily skin type.
