    Wonderful shoes, typical nike, comfortable & sturdy. However if your purpose is specifically 'running', then I won't recommend it, because for running purposes I would rate it slightly over weight vis-a-vis mesh design ones. As a casual sports shoe you can go for it without any second thoughts. Thanks :)
