Decent product tough to find a genuine Nikon product

I bought 3 of them from multiple websites and all them were duplicate ones. I check and verified with the genuine one which my friend bought from the Nikon store itself. Please do a bit of research before buying the remote, else you will be end up having the duplicate one. The duplicate one does the job in a decent way though, except the build is not good, the battery is unbranded one and the range also seems to be lesser than the original Nikon remote. I bought from the seller 'LawAbiding' a...

Compact, Cheap & Handy!

To start with, the ML - L3 is a wireless remote to control the DSLR camera shutter release. It is used to trigger the shutter, without actually touching the camera. The body is made of plastic, and it's quite a handy device.

Uses
- Long Exposure Shots, When taking photos at slow shutter speeds, any touching on the camera causes movement resulting in image blurring. ML-L3 is very useful in such shots.
- Photographing self/groups, It works much better than the timer mode on the camera. The ...

If you want to do slowshutter photography

Thank you Flipkart. Delivered in 16 hours (Bangalore to Manipal).
Built quality is top notch. Doesnt look like cheap plastic and can say with confidence that it should be able to avoid damage on fall. Comes with a very good quality cover material and that can be attached to camera strap. You will be amazed with the cover quality and the detailing in it also. Remote amazed me as in broad dayligh even when i used it on the back of camera which doesnt have infrared sensor, from 10 mtr away, it ...

Good product and great service delivery from Flipkart

Kudos to flipkart, this product was delivered to me within 3 dys of ordering.
In terms of the product it is a Nikon product so cannot go wrong, works just fine, as per specs. Have not tested the range yet but from a 6ft distance (front of the camera) and 2ft (back of the camera) it is working just fine...
Highly recommended for people who do a lot of low light photography (to avoid camera shake) specially in 'bulb' shutter setting..also very handy for self portraits (no use of using the timer...

IF YOU NEED A REMOTE FOR YOUR TV YOU MUST HAVE A REMOTE FOR YOUR DSLR

I own a Nikon D3200. Modern day IR Remote is an advanced version of the olden cable release used to trigger cameras in 1980s and before. Earlier we needed physical contact. Now it is wireless.

I need a remote to trigger my camera on a tripod to take
1. my own photos
2. night shots without flash, to avoid shake due to touch on trigger button
3. photographs of full moon, stars, night sky, etc with slow shutter speeds to avoid shake due to touching the trigger button
4. candid shots of little c...

Awesome Device

I had a Nikon SLR and thought of buying a remote which had many uses like Slow shutter, Macro shots and the best of all. To be in the picture with all. You might feel of the Self timer feature. For self timer you need to focus on to a point and then press the shutter release and you have to stay aligned with the focussed subject while in this case you just have to change the shutter setting to remote with 2s delay. Whenever you will press the remote. It will autofocus and shoot the photos. Th...

pretty sweet deal, but be ready for lag

I use this with my Nikon D3200, and after use of a month or so, i can say that i struck a pretty sweet deal.
agreed the lag of about a second and a half can disturb your shot, and the range is not that too good, but for a shoot within 15-20 ft, its pretty handy,
actually 20 would be really stretching the range, it works well withing 10-25, but then the signal strength goes weaker with the distance.
but for the price its a solid deal
the size of the remote can cause actually make you forget t...

Don't go for 3rd Parties. Works Great!

On the photo it appears to big enough but in real it is the size of a AAA battery.
It comes with a water proof cover and a pre-installed battery.
Although few cameras support this model.
Works fine with my D3200. And you have to select the remote shot for this.
