And about the support it is good except the fact that the wrap-a-round cushiony(don't know that even if this is word) portion get degraded after usage of a month or so,not bcoz of heavy lifting but bcoz of wrapping up and down;but don't get sad bcoz here comes another layer which perfectly wraps it up to whatever tightness u want it to and even after prolonged usage it works perfectly.
