so nice book and things which are given here are already present in Ayurveda about more than 2000 years ago.like hibiscus tea which is used for high blood pressure patient.i read in ancient book that this thing is cold in nature and useful in high bp, ulcer , mouth ulcer and many more disease.i become astonished that without any research centre how our saint know that this is use for this disease. if Ayurveda is ocean then this Dr Greger study is only drop of that.something which u gave like ...

Indeed book is good but page quality is poor. Just like rough pages. Never buy from NSPRetail. :(
