This Nova NSM 2409/00 Sandwich maker is worth for the price. Product looks good and easy to use. However, be careful while opening the lid as the metal portion and the coil on back side become very hot while in use. Keep out of reach of children while in use.

We have been using this product since 2 months and till now there is no complaint.

The product is really good but to be cautious while using as Top plate getting too hot in operation.

I bought 2 of them .Delivery was fast . one had a little scratch on product but everything else were good so we can overlook that. The other one was damaged , the upper case used to come off the hinges as you try to open the lid , so I ask for replacement . Replacement service was also quick . product works well like it should .

Product working is good .but some damage occured while in transit .so that maintain better facilities to deliver the product to the right customer in right way.

have been using this product for over 2 weeks. My wife and I have already tried different types of sandwiches. I must say, overall I am very satisfied. Two sandwiches with large sandwich bread slices can be comfortably prepared at a time within 2-2.5 mins.
I got it for around 1000 bucks. At this price, you can't get a better product than this.

If you wish to make crunchy delicious sandwiches in no time then go for it.This product is worth buying.I felt better in this way rather than the manual:
1.Put slices in both the platforms with fillings in it.
2.Close the lid.(Dont forget to lock it)
3.Turn on the switch.(Red light turns on)
4.Wait till the green light goes on.
5.Turn off the switch and open the lid by its handle.(Don't touch the metallic part,it becomes hot)
6.Take out the food,cut it diagonally an...

Hi , I have order this product in the month of Dec 14, with in 3 days I have got product @ my home.Its worth to buy this product, as I have started using it, and all three options with it are good and time saving.those who are working, its easy to get toast, grilled, or waffles in short time. Note : only be aware as its hot plate.. do not touch till its gets cool.
