Highly recommended
Good product, seem to help my child's focus and attention any more than her other medications. Great product for a great price as compared to the market. Not many people know that Folic Acid may not be of any use to their body as it is not converted to its active form L-Methyl Folate due to genetic defect. Thus taking L-5MTHF is best to get the real benefit. It is slightly costlier but at least you are sure your body is getting the required folate that you need.

Just wow!
great product. my body has the MTHFR gene mutation n therefore unable among other thing to absorb folate although my labs ahow adequate levels in my blood. it just was not an indicator of how i was really able to use or not use this cruicial vitamin. since taking this product i have an increase in energy clarity n overall wellness.
