Highly recommended
you have to use it continuously to see changes in your blood sugar level, I have been taking it for three months and my fasting sugar has gone down from 180 to 110

My grandmother from December she used as prescribed her initial reading of HbA1c was 7.1 after four months of nutriorg karela juice it drastically improved to 6.3. She initially tried with Karela and Jamun, but the Karela, Gudmar and Kutki worked magical though the taste is bad. Thank you nutriorg brand

Fabulous!
I'm predibetic. I took it to prevent the onset of it. It's effective because my blood test a three weeks later says I'm non diabetic. It provides high energy both physical and mental. Improves skin and hair. It's really not bitter.
