R S Aggarwal was born in Delhi in 1946. After finishing his Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, he got a position as a lecturer in N.A.S College in Meerut. He later earned a Ph.D from Delhi University and became a Reader at N.A.S College. Later, he joined Ghaziabad’s N.M.H. College as a Reader, and retired in 2003.
