Description

Cut your number of visits to the clinic by monitoring your blood pressure at home with this HEM 7111 Upper Arm BP Monitor from Omron. This portable unit consists of the monitor and automatically inflating cuff which are easy to use due to their simple, yet accurate functioning.

Automatically Inflating Cuff

The fan-shaped cuff is made for quick and correct positioning and comfortably fits your upper arm. The inbuilt pump of this unit automatically inflates the cuff, saving you the effort of manually operating it.

Easy-to-Read Display

The LCD display on the main unit shows the systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with pulse rate. It features the hypertension indicator in the form of a heart which blinks when your BP is out of the standard range of 135/85 mmHg. The unit offers the pressure measurement up to 299 mmHg with the accuracy of ±3 mmHg. It can measure the pulse rate in the range of 40 to 180 beats/min with the measurement accuracy of ±5% of reading.

Stores Readings for Easy Analysis

Equipped with memory for storing up to 14 sets of readings, this unit is suitable to monitor and analyse of your blood pressure on a regular basis.

Powered by Battery or Adapter

The unit runs on four AAA size batteries. However, you can opt to buy an adapter to power it from an electric source.

A useful machine

Recently I purchased this machine for my wife who has a history of hypertension. Both of us have used the monitor and have found it very effective, easy to operate and dependable machine. The monitor gives a fairly accurate reading which I confirmed by comparing the reading done with the regular manual mercury monitor. On hearing from me, three of my colleagues have also purchased the same monitor and their experience with the machine has also been satisfactory.

Value for money!

Well this is my first ever review on Flipkart and I am posting this here as user reviews seem reliable before a purchase and it has helped me on many occasions.

I had purchased the Omron HEM 7111 around 8 months ago for my parents and this product is simple and easy to use. The delivery was bang on time from Flipkart and that's the quality of their service. I had inquired about the Omron machine from the local medical stores before visiting Flipkart but they were selling it at around 2000-30...

Good Product at an affordable price

I ordered the Omron HEM 7111 BP Monitor through Flipkart and it was delivered the next day! Neatly packed, with Warranty Card and at a very good price!

The box had the Monitor, Cuff and 2 sets of batteries. The installation is very easy - just put the 4 batteries and it is ready.

The monitor has memory storage features as well.

Good one and a must for anyone who is health concious.

Good Product...!

I bought the product online from flipkart.
Good speedy delivery and very reliable product quality and service.
Good buy for this budget. Simple to operate and pretty accurate ( I cross checked the BP reading with a manual BP monitor which I have being a Doctor myself.)
COMMONEST mistake while taking reading:
People dont keep the monitor at heart level while measurement.
and NEVER compare a BP reading taken while lying down with Sitting or Standing reading. BP changes with position.

Easy to use BP monitor.

I was recommended by my doctor to purchase an Omron BP Monitor, and hence purchased one. I was convinced that the reading we fairly accurate when I took the monitor to my doctor and compared the reading with the one doctors generally use. And hence I purchased another Omron HEM 7111 monitor for my father.
Flipkart delivered the item in 2-3 days.

Good machine to get an idea about BP

This machine I found been used by many doctors though they say that by these machines you can only have a rough idea about the BP on daily basis but that the only thing which a common man is looking for , we cannot go to doctor for BP daily also we cannot use the mercury BP machine as that one is not very easy to use. This machine is very easy to use . I have ordered three machines so far and looks this is the best one is value for money.

Worth the money

I got this Omron HEM 7111 BP monitor via Flipcart.com and got it delivered in just 3 days(incl weekend).One of my friends already used it and recommended me.It will be very useful to have one at home and monitor ourselves periodically.Only small drawback is that the 6V AC adapter doesnt come as part of the package and if needed, needs to be purchased separately.Otherwise a reliable instrument as far as I've seen.
