A:Just flower and after brewing you can add sugar
/honey for taste and even lemon juice for added flavour. ( on adding lemon the blue colour turns to purple but it's completely fine)

Q:How can consume it and how many times per day?
A:Take 3-4 flowers and add it to boiling water (one cup) turn off the stove and let it sit for a few minutes till the water turns blue in colour. Add sweetener of you choice. Add lemon for extra taste.
