ON works well with nice diet. Best in this price range. Isolate is better than normal because it's easily digestible. And remember that without good diet it's just like sweet juice. So have a good diet, especially breakfast. I missed it but be consistent for 2-3 months to see results. Stay healthy, stay fit!

I hav been using whey from a long time nd this is my 1st experience with isolate, flavor (vanilla) is good in taste feels like melted vanilla ice cream. Product was original but there was a lot of foam after shaking with water. My shaker was full of foam,now i don't know what does that mean but overall the product is good/original nd that's all i wanted.
