I would say it is the best gainer.

First I want to say about its quality...too good and no side effects still now...and about mixbility...actually I'm making a shake so it's too good in mixing... Nutritions are more enough in it including Glutamine and creatine...overall it's a good one.. U can just go for it ....also pls do regular workouts and take proper bulking foods
