the product seems to be genuine but not sure as i wasnt able to verify it by bar code , taste is not good... its almost bland , mixibility is v good , fast recovery , and u also get a scoop in it ....so its a thumps up for me ... go for it

Great product
This the protein to take. Cheap, quality, good taste, works as good as hydrosylates priced 4x higher. Why? Because whey matters, and otehr promoted stuff has 0.1% effect. Hence, if you want bi9g muscles and no fat, lift heavy, do cardio and have a good diert supplemeted with only whey. If you want bulging Bollywood star muscles, have steroids alos. period.

A:I think dfrnc between whey &gold is Comn but 1st read quantity,you can use gold for bulk muscle becs it have larger proteins than whey and Ls carbs than whey & when you skinny than you use whey
