Take 1 Capsule 30 minutes before sleep ..Its gives you very good deep sleeping . u probabaly fel some dizzness if u not slept well.In the morning mayb ur urine might be in yellow colour if u dont drink water last day .& .Over all taking this diet every night before sleep can continue for 356days in an year ....So Have a Good Day (y)
