But continuous intake causes a iron like back taste in the pharyngeal part of mouth.
The total expulsion of air with continuous breathing stays for 7-8 minutes until the can runs out .
Yes it does provide relief from headache at high altitudes.
Also not to use when nose bleed happens at high points on mountains
