I have been using this product for about 10 days now. Felt very enegetic after consuming.... We can take it in the form of milk shakes like banana milkshake , apple shake etc..... As given in the description on the container if we mix it with 200 ml of water it's too thick..... We can add more water but if taken daily with water we feel it 🤢 so we have to consume it in different tastes daily and make it flavourful.... Then it's tooo yummm😋... Thanks Flipkart for the quick delivery..this herbal protein is really good..I ordered for chocolate flavour and the taste is really amazin..I prefer consuming post my workout as it's a good meal replacement...u feel energetic n it helps boost ur metabolism levels...did not experience any side effects....Well weight loss, its too early to comment,but u need to workout for shedding weight,only drinking protein shake will not help..also they give u a free diet plan according to ur body type..
