    What referrals are valid after 30th September?

    Sign ups that happened until 30th of September will be eligible for reward. Any Sign ups that happen from 1st October will not be eligible for the reward.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE REFER AND EARN PROGRAM

    Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Shopsy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is offering rewards to valid and eligible users of the Shopsy Platform (“You”, “User”, “Your”) under its Refer & Earn Program (“Offer”) from May 10th, 2022 (02:15 HRS) till September 30, 2022 (“Offer Period”) wherein the User has an opportunity to participate in this Offer subject to the terms and conditions of this Offer (“T&Cs”).

    • By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation that are available on Shopsy mobile application and website (“Shopsy Platform”) including any modifications, alterations, or updates that We make.

    • This is a limited period offer and is subject to change, at the sole discretion of Shopsy.

    • To be eligible for the Offer, you (“Referrer”) need to fulfill the following criteria:

      • You must have a valid account on the Shopsy App.
      • Your account must be a mobile number verified with an Indian phone number on Shopsy App.

    • Details of the Offer:

      • To participate in the Offer, you must invite people who are not existing users of the Shopsy App (“Referee”) to download the Shopsy App.
      • The Referee must click on the link sent by You, successfully download the Shopsy App and using the OTP verification login to the Shopsy App on their mobile phone device.
      • If the Referee has downloaded the Shopsy App through other means, then You will not be eligible for the earnings.
      • The device on which the Referee downloads the Shopsy App must be a new device (must not have installed the Shopsy App earlier). The Referee must be a new user and the mobile number should be an Indian mobile number which has not been registered or used before with any user account on the Shopsy Platform.
      • The mobile number of the Referee used to login to the Shopsy App should be registered in India and foreign mobile numbers are not allowed.
      • If the Referee fulfills all the above conditions, he may be eligible for rewards under this Offer. The Referee needs to then place and successfully complete an order during the Offer Period on the Shopsy App. Once the return period for the purchase has expired and the product has not been cancelled or returned within such time, the Referee & Referrer may receive rewards under this Offer which will be directly added to the “My Earnings” section.
      • You receive upto 20% of Referee’s first order Item value subject to a maximum of INR 150 under this Offer, (“Rewards”), subject to satisfaction of these T&Cs.
      • Rewards will be calculated based on the sum of total item value excluding shipping charges
      • The Referee shall be required to use the link provided by the Referrer to avail the aforementioned commission. These rewards are subject to this Offer still being active at such a point in time.
      • Referrer shall be eligible for a maximum of 50 referrals for each month during the Offer Period.
      • You, the Referrer may refer only 50 people per month, subject to authenticity and validation checks by Shopsy.
      • Rewards can be cashed out from the “my earnings” section of your user account on the Shopsy App to your bank account.
      • The Referrer and the Referee shall not have the same bank account linked to their respective Shopsy user accounts.
      • The Referrer and the Referee shall not use the same device to login to their respective Shopsy user accounts.
    • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, including without limitation: changing the amount of Rewards, modifying how You may earn and spend Rewards earned, modifying the duration and expiration of Rewards, minimum purchase amounts for use of Rewards, maximum amount of Rewards that You may earn, and discontinuing the Offer entirely, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
    • You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the Offer, you may be required to submit personal information, about You and the Customers you refer, such as name, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You or the Referred Customers as part of the Offer shall be subject to Shopsy's Privacy Policy.

    • Shopsy reserves the right to take any administrative and / or legal action including but not limited to termination of Your and Referees’ eligibility for Rewards under this Offer or terminate Your User account, or the accounts of Referees, if You are found:

      • opening multiple accounts with different email addresses or phone numbers, for the same person/yourself in order to generate additional Rewards.
      • sending invites to people using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.
      • placing large orders, earning and redeeming Rewards and then returning a major part of the order placed.
      • making multiple successful referrals and redeeming the Rewards and then a majority of your Referred Customers return the orders placed using the Rewards.
      • attempting to take/taking unfair advantage of the Offer.
      • using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to Us.
      • Using the same bank account in relation to the Referrer’s and the Referee’s Shopsy user accounts.
      • offering incentives to people who do not have existing accounts with Shopsy to register with Shopsy;
      • violating any terms of this Offer or any other terms and conditions of Shopsy, including but not limited to the Terms of Use of the Shopsy Platform, Privacy Policy in any way; or
      • participating in the Offer in contravention with any applicable law or regulations.
    • This Offer shall be applicable only in certain pin codes. Therefore, if You or the Referee belong to unserviceable pin codes, you shall not be eligible for this Offer.
    • You are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of Shopsy.
    • Shopsy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant of this Offer that tamper or attempts to tamper with the Offer or violates these T&C’s or Terms of Use of the Shopsy Platform.
    • Shopsy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Shopsy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Shopsy as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&Cs by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
    • In case of issues, you may reach out to our customer care center for prompt resolution, but it may take up to 14 days to resolve your query.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. Wherever the context so requires “You/Your/User” shall mean any user on the Shopsy Mobile App. “Shopsy”/” We”/” Our” shall mean Flipkart Internet Private Limited.
