  1. Is my iPhone model eligible for AppleCare Services Plan?

    Currently, the AppleCare Services Plan is available for iPhone 6s (all variants) till iPhone 13 all variants.

  2. How can I purchase and activate AppleCare Services for my iPhone?

    AppleCare Services Plan on Flipkart is currently available for purchase along with the purchase of your iPhone. Please look for ACS on the product page of the phone. Activation happens automatically within 24 hours of phone delivery

  3. What aspects will be covered under AppleCare Services Plan?

    In the one-year plan, accidental and liquid damage will be covered, as defined in the terms and conditions. Accessories and battery service of your iPhone are also covered.

  4. What aspects are not covered under AppleCare Services Plan?

    Normal wear and tear, pre-existing flaws, non-accidental or cosmetic damages are not covered.

  5. Can I transfer my AppleCare Services Plan to another iPhone?

    No, the AppleCare Services is mapped to the iPhone. A one-time transfer to another owner is possible, if other predefined criteria, as per the terms and conditions, are met.

  6. How do I get my iPhone repaired under AppleCare Services?

    You can visit locate.apple.com to find an Apple Authorized Service Provider near you and pay the Processing Fee (if applicable) for the nature of Service being availed.

  7. How much will I have to pay for repairing my iPhone under ACS?

    Only a minimal amount for processing fee is required to be paid for repair instances under AppleCare Service for iPhones as per the TnCs

  8. Does the ACS Plan cover theft and liquid damage as well?

    While the AppleCare Service does cover liquid damage as defined in the terms and conditions, it does not cover theft.

  9. How many times can I raise a claim request under the ACS Plan?

    One Service Event within the first twelve-month period from your Plan Purchase Date as specified on the Plan Confirmation.

  10. Where can I check the Plan benefits covered under ACS?

    Once your iPhone is activated for AppleCare Service, an automated mail is sent with the details of the benefits that you will enjoy.

  11. How do I ensure the ACS Plan registration was successful and my iPhone is covered under it?

    An automated email with the AppleCare Service benefits is sent to your registered email address with the confirmation. You can cross-check your phone's IMEI details with the one stated on the mail attachment.

  12. Will the ACS Plan be affected, if I change my phone number (not the phone)?

    No, the AppleCare Service is mapped to the phone and not the SIM card, provider or the phone number.
