    5 Buyers of Amazfit POP 3R on Launch Day Can Get an LG Smart TV

    1. What is the offer duration?

      The Offer will commence at 12:00 hrs on 29th June, 2023 and ends at 23:59 hrs on 29th June, 2023 (“Offer Period”). The offer is part of the overall “Amazfit POP 3R Smartwatch” Launch campaign.

    2. What is this offer about?

      The 1st, 500th, 1000th, 1500th and 2000th Buyer, will get an LG 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV at re 1.

    3. What are the conditions to avail of the offer?

      • A minimum of 1 unique Amazfit POP 3R Smartwatch to be purchased after participating in quiz
      • Maximum of 5 buyers will be picked up for LG 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV by 31st July, 2023.
      • Customers will not be eligible to avail offer if they return any of their purchased products

    4. How and When will the winners receive the reward?

    Winners will get the offer mapped to their account by 30th July, 2023 and will receive the information via email or in-app notification or SMS or Push Notification.

    Preliminary

    • This offer is being run by RetailNet [Seller] on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
    • By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
    1. these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
    2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
    3. all applicable terms and conditions of Brand.

    Offer Details

    • The Offer will commence at 12:00 hrs on 29th June, 2023 and ends at 23:59 hrs on 29th June, 2023 (“Offer Period”). The offer is part of the overall “Amazfit POP 3R Smartwatch” Launch campaign.

    • To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:

      1. Age must be 18 years or above;
      2. Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop during the Offer Period
      3. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart or Brand shall not be responsible in any manner.

    Other Terms & Conditions

    • There will be a separate contract between You and Brand as per the policies of Brand in relation to Products and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
    • In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Offer or any alleged defect in the Products or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved by Brand and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
    • Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of the Products sold on the Platform including but not limited to Eligible Product and Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed products, quality, defect in Products or deficiency in the services.
    • All statutory taxes on the Offer shall be payable by you. Brand or Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same.
    • This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and / or any products, for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, You will have to bear the same.
    • No other offers will be in conjunction with this Offer.
    • This Offer is funded from a special promotional budget created by Brand and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the management of Brand.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events rendering Brand unable to extend the Offer, for reasons beyond Brand’s control, such as, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance and on the occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be completely or partially withdrawn at the discretion of Brand and/ or Flipkart.
    • This Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability.
    • Brand and Flipkart reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
    • You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Brand and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
    • Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by Brand to provide Offer benefits/ Discounts to You.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Brand harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • These T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    • Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until 15th August, 2023 Post such date, Flipkart and Brand will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
    • In the event the Flipkart App is downloaded from Apple’s App Store, note that Apple’s App Store is only an app downloading platform and in no way, shape or form, Apple is responsible/involved for any contest/offer being run on the Flipkart App.
