What is the offer duration?
The Customers (who have registered and completed their KYC for Flipkart Pay Later) approved between 15th June 2024 00:00 to 30th June 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) and who have completed their transaction using Flipkart Pay Later between 15th June 2024 00:00 to 30th June 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) can avail the offer, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Flipkart Pay Later. Transactions that are canceled will not be eligible for this offer.
What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?
· Customers (who have registered and completed their KYC for Flipkart Pay Later) approved between 15th June 2024 00:00 to 30th June 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) and completed their transaction using Flipkart Pay Later between 15th June 2024 00:00 to 30th June 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive)
· The Offer is valid for Initial EMI transactions carried out on a tenure of 3 and 6 months only.

· The offer is applicable only on select products.

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Pay Later EMI partially?
Yes, the customer can avail the offer. In this case, the offer will only apply on the amount paid through Flipkart Pay Later EMI against the eligible product(s)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRELIMINARY
· This offer is being run by participating sellers on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart).
· By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions; the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and the terms and conditions of Flipkart Paylater EMI.
Offer details
· The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). Customers can avail an instant discount of 10% up to Rs 500 of the NCV, on purchasing selected Appliances and Electronics category on their first transaction, when they complete the application process and transact in the time period between 15th June 2024 00:00 to 30th June 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive).
· Under this offer, select customers will get a maximum of flat discount of Rs. 500 or amount equivalent of 10% of the Net Cart Value (NCV) on applicable Appliances and Electronics where the customer checks out via Flipkart Pay Later EMI option.
· The Offer is valid for EMI transactions with tenure 3 and 6 months only
· The Offer is only valid once per customer
Other Terms and Conditions
- Customers will have to make the payment with their Flipkart Paylater EMI only to avail this Offer
· The Offer is applicable only on eligible purchases on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & mAPP (Mobile Application)
· This offer is available on select products sold by participating sellers only
· Customers should follow the standard Flipkart Terms of Use, policies and terms and conditions for using the Platform under this Offer.
· This Offer is not applicable on purchase of gift cards and gold & silver coins/bars from Flipkart Platform.
· The Offer is only applicable on EMI transactions.
· This offer is valid till the offer ends
· Final Price is inclusive of the offer
· Customer understands and confirms that they will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Flipkart Pay Later EMI program.
· The Customers eligible for the Flipkart Paylater EMI are decided as per Flipkart’s internal policy.
Annual interest rates are charged according to reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance
· Any returns/cancellation will be as per Flipkart’s return/cancellation policy. In case of any kind of return/refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction will not be refundable under any circumstances
· In the event orders are partially cancelled (during & outside the Offer Period) and, if the total transaction amount falls below the minimum transaction amount, the EMI booking will be closed.
· Flipkart retains the right to modify or cancel this scheme at its sole discretion
· Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis
· The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Flipkart Paylater EMI customers only
This Offer is valid only to customers in India.
The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
Offer is non-transferable and is subject to the discretion of Flipkart’s internal policies. This Offer is eligible for first time users of the Flipkart Paylater EMI.
Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of sellers and/or Flipkart.
Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by participating sellers on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfillment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same.
This Offer is neither owned nor sponsored by Flipkart.
Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
