This Offer (defined below) is being run by Flipkart (“Flipkart”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).

What is the Offer?

• Apply for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card through the Flipkart app and get Rs 250 worth Flipkart Gift card on completing the first transaction on Flipkart using the card.
• The Gift Voucher worth Rs 250 will be sent to the customer over SMS within 30 days from the date of the first transaction.

Who is Eligible for the Offer?

• Customers who submit the application form for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card on the Flipkart Platform, and are approved for the Card by Axis Bank, would be eligible for a Flipkart Gift Cards worth Rs 250 on completing the first transaction on Flipkart using the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card
• Customers will have to make a transaction on Flipkart using the approved Flipkart Axis Bank credit card within 30 days from the date of card issuance to be eligible for this offer
• Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same.

How to Redeem the offer

• To redeem the Flipkart Gift voucher, the customer has to click on the Flipkart Gift Card URL shared in the SMS.
• Gift Card value worth Rs 250 will be added to the Flipkart Gift Card wallet of the customer linked to his/her registered Flipkart Account
• Customer can check the Gift Card balance on the Flipkart App by going to Account → Saved Cards & wallet → Gift Cardssection in the Flipkart App

Terms & Conditions

By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

1. Flipkart Gift Code (FKCC) URLs are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
2. FKCCs cannot be canceled once issued.
3. FKCCs cannot be transferred to the account of any other user, once it has been added to the Flipkart wallet of the user.
4. FKCCs once issued cannot be refunded.
5. Flipkart understands that the Gift Cards are issued only upon the fulfillment of the Claim Actions within the Claim Period.
6. The Company shall ensure that the beneficiary is made aware of: (i) the Claim Action and Claim Period to get the Gift Cards issued.
7. The Flipkart Semi-Closed Loop Gift Card can be redeemed against all categories and products listed on www.flipkart.com or the Flipkart Mobile App or the Flipkart m-site (collectively, “Platform”)
8. FKCCs cannot be used to make any bulk purchases on the platform.
9. FKCCs cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
10. FKCCs should be added to the wallet within 1 month validity period from receipt of the code. Once code is added to a gift card wallet it will instantly be converted to Semi Closed loop payment voucher and the validity will be for 12 months from the date codes are added to the wallet.
11. FKCC not added within 1 month validity post issuance will expire.

13. This Offer is valid only in India.
14. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
15. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
16. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
17. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
18. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
19. Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards the Bank only.
20. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
21. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
22. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
23. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
