5. What if I want to cancel my membership? Is my membership fee refundable?
Sorry! It is not possible to cancel your membership post purchase. The membership fee for Flipkart BLACK subscription is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Please note that you will not be able to avail Plus benefits post BLACK membership activation.

To enjoy the YouTube Premium benefit on the same YouTube/ Google account, you will first have to cancel your existing YouTube Premium subscription.
Your existing subscription will not be merged or extended with the Flipkart BLACK YouTube Premium benefit. Alternatively, you can activate the benefit on a different Google/ YouTube account.
Your YouTube Premium benefit is valid for 365 days, starting from the day you activate your Flipkart BLACK subscription.
Your YouTube Premium benefit will expire once your Flipkart Black subscription is over. However, you can renew your Flipkart BLACK subscription to continue enjoying YouTube Premium.
If you wish to use YouTube Premium without Flipkart BLACK, you will have to subscribe to YouTube Premium at the standard prices.
Yes! Every time you renew your Flipkart BLACK subscription, your YouTube Premium benefit will renew with it.

You then will be redirected to YouTube
Check your email ID and click on the “Activate plan” Button.
Your plan will be activated.

10. I am unable to activate my YouTube Premium benefits. What should I do?

12. I do not have an email ID. Can I activate YouTube premium benefits using a phone number?
You need a Google account to use this benefit. A Google Account works across all Google products (like Gmail, Maps, YouTube, and more).
If you've signed in to any of these products before, you already have a Google Account. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one using the instructions here.
A phone number cannot be used for this benefit.
13. Is there a restriction to which phone number or email ID can be used to activate YouTube Premium?
You need a Google account to use this benefit. However, there is no restriction on which Google account can be used. You can use your existing YouTube account or one associated with any Google services such as your Gmail ID or even create a new one.
You can activate this YouTube Premium benefit on only one account. The account you choose at the time of activation cannot be changed later - your YouTube Premium benefit will remain tied to the same account throughout the validity period.
14. How do I know if my YouTube Premium benefit has been successfully activated?
If you are logged in to YouTube with the same YouTube/ Google account that you used for activating the YouTube Premium benefit, you should be able to see a “Premium” badge on the YouTube interface.

No. With Flipkart BLACK, you can enjoy YouTube Premium on only 1 account.
Yes, as long as the devices use the same Google/ YouTube account. However, for many types of content, you can only stream on one device at a time using the same Google/ YouTube account.
Your YouTube Premium benefit will automatically expire at the end of your Flipkart BLACK subscription. It is not possible to cancel this benefit before the end of Flipkart BLACK validity
Section 3: SuperCoin Benefit
1. What are SuperCoins? How do I use them?
SuperCoins are Flipkart's reward currency. You earn them as cashback on purchases and can use them for discounts on future orders. (1 SuperCoin = ₹1 discount on Flipkart).
2. How do I get SuperCoins cashback with my Flipkart BLACK membership?
As a Flipkart BLACK member, you automatically earn 5% SuperCoins (up to 100 SuperCoins) on every transaction. They're credited after the product's return period.
3. How much SuperCoins discount do I get with my Flipkart BLACK membership?
Flipkart BLACK members get an extra 5% SuperCoins discount, up to 1000, on every product.
The value of the following product purchases on the Platform will not be added towards calculation of an Eligible Order.
These exemptions are applicable on Flipkart and Flipkart Minutes.
4. How do I redeem/use SuperCoins?
Simply select the "Pay using SuperCoins" checkbox in the checkout section when placing an order.
5. What is the value of SuperCoin?

1. What are Flipkart BLACK Deals?
BLACK Deals are exclusive, additional discounts offered only to Flipkart BLACK members. BLACK deals help you get extra discounts on top of all the other offers you already enjoy on a hand-picked selection of products.
2. Who is eligible for BLACK Deals?
All BLACK members are eligible for BLACK Deals. If you have not yet subscribed to BLACK, you might see these deals on certain product checkout pages, with an option to join BLACK and unlock the BLACK deal at the time of checkout.
3. How do I access BLACK Deals?
Existing BLACK members can access information to all live BLACK deals on your membership page. Existing BLACK members can also check if BLACK deal is available on the product page, and checkout. Yet to subscribe, members can check for relevant BLACK Deals during checkout.
4. How much extra discount can I expect?
The additional discount varies. Existing members can see the BLACK Deals discount amount clearly displayed on the product page, and again in your cart and checkout.
5. Can I combine BLACK Deals with other offers?
Yes. BLACK Deals are additional deals which can be added on top of other discounts. This gives you more savings on deal products.
6. Are all products eligible for BLACK Deals?
No. BLACK deals are available on a carefully curated range of products, which may vary at any point in time. To check the products on which BLACK Deals are currently live, go to your membership page.
7. Do BLACK Deals have limited stock or a time limit?
Yes, like many exclusive offers, BLACK Deals can have limited stock or be available for a short period. If you spot something you like, it's best to grab it quickly!

No, BLACK Deals are exclusive to BLACK subscriber accounts and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
10. What happens if I buy a BLACK Deal product and a BLACK Subscription in the same order, and then I return or cancel?
If you return or cancel such an order, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the BLACK Subscription fee.
Section 5: Cleartrip Benefit
1. What is the Cleartrip benefit for Flipkart BLACK members?
Flipkart BLACK members can avail flight cancellation/rescheduling at Re.1 on Cleartrip, during flight booking. This benefit is known as Clearchoice Max benefit on Cleartrip and usually costs Rs. 800 to non-BLACK members. BLACK members can get this at a price of ₹1.

5. Can I get this benefit after booking completion, in case I miss selecting the offer?
No, you cannot get this benefit after booking the flight. However, you can avail this benefit on your next flight booking.
6. I selected the offer, but payment failed for my booking. What should I do?
Please wait for 60 minutes to get this benefit re-enabled for your account, in case of payment failures.
7. What is the delay?
It takes 10 seconds for your account to be enabled for the above benefit if you create a new account on Cleartrip App using your Flipkart BLACK phone number.
8. Is there a time limit to rescheduling?
You can advance your travel by unlimited days and postpone it till up to 90 days from the day you make the change.
9. How will this benefit work if multiple passengers are traveling under the same Trip ID?
You can avail the benefit for only up to 2 passengers with your BLACK membership. Other travellers cannot avail benefit, and for them payment needs to be made separately during cancellation/rescheduling request.
10. If I have booked a round trip, can I cancel or reschedule both the onward and return flights?
In case of round-trip booking, you can reschedule onwards and return journeys together or separately.
11. Will I be required to pay an extra amount if I reschedule my trip?
You will not be required to pay an extra amount for rescheduling. However, fare difference (if any) will apply.
12. What happens if the airline cancels my flight?
In this case, you will be refunded premium and airline fare. After intimation from the airlines about the cancellation, you may initiate the ticket cancellation process on Cleartrip.
Section 6: Customer Support
1. What is the Priority Customer Support benefit for BLACK?
As a Flipkart BLACK member, you get direct access to a dedicated support executive with limited wait time.
2. What are the timings of priority customer support?
Flipkart BLACK members can access priority customer support 24x7 (all days, all hours)
