    The following are the terms and conditions for the Diwali Bumper Prizes (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer').

    By entering/participating in the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Policy"), which are final and binding. In addition to the Policy, the customer agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation that are available on the Platform (defined hereunder) including any modifications, alterations or updates.

    This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

    Flipkart Internet Private Limited (" Flipkart") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice to the customer.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE DIWALI BUMPER PRIZES

    The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on November 1, 2018 and end at 23:59 hrs on November 10, 2018 (" Offer Period"). Flipkart reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the period of the Offer, withdraw or suspend it without giving any prior notice to any party.

    As per the terms of the Offer, a customer can participate in the Offer by:

    • Purchasing, in the Offer Period either on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively, the " Platform"), : (i) a television; (ii) washing machine; (iii) refrigerator; (iv) air conditioner; (v) microwave oven; and (vi) small home and kitchen appliances (" Product"); and
    • Answering a question on the Bumper Offer page (www.flipkart.com/bumper-offer-diwali-sale-store) only on App. The customers who provide the most accurate answers stand a chance to win either of the following rewards:
      • 3 customers will receive an iPhone X- 64 GB at Re.1, each
      • 50 customers will receive 100% cashback on their purchasef TVs & Appliances, in form of Flipkart e-Gift Voucher
      • 100 customers to get Sony SRS-XB01 Portable Bluetooth Speaker at Re. 1, each
      • 500 customers will receive a Flipkart e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1000 each

    The Offer stated above is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. For avoidance of doubt, a customer stands a chance to win only one of the rewards set forth in B above. In the event that the customer has already been rewarded under this Offer, she/he does not stand a chance to win another reward.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO THE OFFER AND ITS REWARDS

    • This Offer benefits/rewards shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart.

    • The Offer benefits/rewards mentioned above are not transferable.

    • The Offer is only applicable to select Products listed by the Sellers.

    • The winners of offers (i), (ii) as listed above will be announced on November 30, 2018 on (www.flipkart.com/bumper-offer-diwali-sale-store). The customer acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. The customer agrees to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

    • The following terms shall correspondingly apply for each reward (as set forth in B above) under this Offer:

    • In relation to the e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1000 please note the following:

    • The e-Gift Vouchers will be sent to the customer's email address provided during the contest.

    • The voucher will reach by Dec 5th, 2018.

    In relation to the phones & speakers which are offered as rewards under this Offer, please note the following:

    • The phone/speakers awarded to the customer can be on any colour/model. The winning customer shall not have the option to choose the model of the phone or appliance.
    • On 30th November, 2018, the winners be declared on website & winners can redeem the offer on 3rd & 4th Dec. Winning customers will be able to see the reward under "My rewards" section & will have the option to purchase the reward at a nominal fee of Re.1 over the 48 hours window
    • Winners will only be eligible for the reward if they claim the reward on the date as intimated to them by Flipkart, and from the same Flipkart registered account used by them to participate in the Offer.
    • The reward cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash in any form on the Platform.

    In relation to the 100% cashback reward, please note the following:

    • In case of multiple orders placed by a winning customer, the highest order value placed by that customer will be eligible for the cashback.
    • The e-Gift Vouchers will be sent to the customer's email address provided during the contest.
    • The voucher will reach by Dec 5th, 2018.
    • The cashback amount will be the final amount paid by customer at platform after all discounts/offers.
    • Cashback will be given only for the price of the Product(s), which is eligible for the cashback in the winning customer's order, and not for any other ancillary charges provided by Flipkart including delivery charges, gift wrapping charges.

    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of the customer to participate in the Offer shall be 18 years.
    • There is no participation fee to participate in the Offer and the Offer is voluntary.
    • The Offer is open to only end customers and not the resellers of the Products.
    • Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, at any time without any prior written notice to the customer.
    • The Offer is not valid if a Product is cancelled or returned.
    • This is a limited period Offer, subject to availability of stocks.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this Policy. Flipkart's decision in this regard shall be final.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
    • Flipkart reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any customer / winner that tampers or attempts to violate the Policy or is involved in any fraudulent activity.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    • The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by the customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the customer.
    • This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
    • The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
    • Flipkart is merely a technological platform service provider, does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and shall not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products. The Sellers shall be solely liable for any deficiencies in relation to the Products and the rewards/benefits awarded to the winners.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible towards fulfilling the Offer benefits provided by the Brand Partner to winning customers under this Offer and shall not be held liable for the same.
    • Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual Products and rewards/benefits. Flipkart shall not under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
    • Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers of Flipkart and accordingly Flipkart under no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
    • Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained on or before Dec 30th, 2018
