    PlusCoins Terms And Conditions

    PRELIMINARY

    • "PlusCoin" is a feature introduced on flipkart.com website, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart mobile website (all three collectively "Platform"), by the owner and operator of the Platform, Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart").
    • The following terms ("Terms") are part of and subject to the terms of use, privacy policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

    EARNING PLUSCOINS

    • In order to earn a PlusCoin, You are required to place an order on the Platform or make a purchase from www.2gud.com of minimum of Rs.250 and above (the net order value will be taken into consideration which is total order value minus cancelled/returned item value ) ("Eligible Order").
    • All PlusCoin earnings will be at the order level and not at the item level
    • For every Eligible Order, You are eligible to earn 1 PlusCoin. For example, for an order value of Rs 250 you earn 1 PlusCoin and order value of Rs 1399 you earn 5 PlusCoins. Please note that the coins earned will be on the actual order value excluding any instant discounts or cashbacks credited to the PhonePe wallet.
    • A maximum of 10 PlusCoins can be earned in a single Eligible Order. For example, for an order value of Rs 2500 you earn 10 PlusCoins and order value of Rs 7999 you earn 10 PlusCoin
    • You may be able to earn PlusCoins on flights, buses and hotels booking on the Flipkart travel page or recharges on the Flipkart recharge page or purchases made on www.2gud.com only on Your first 2 (two) Eligible Orders per calendar month (including any cancellations, if applicable).

    • The value of the following product purchases on the Platform will not be added towards calculation of an Eligible Order.

      • Flipkart Gift Cards; and
      • Gold Coins/ Gold Bars
      • Gift Voucher (E.g. Malabar Gift Vouchers sold on Flipkart)
      • FK branded Carton & Packaging Boxes (Bought by sellers for Market Place)
      • FK branded Packaging Security Bags (Bought by seller for Market Place)
      • FK printed Cello Tapes & Tape Dispensers (Bought by seller for Market Place)
      • Digital Products
    • PlusCoins cannot be earned on any purchases made on (seller.flipkart.com).

    CREDIT AND USE OF PLUSCOINS

    • PlusCoins will be credited only after expiry of the return period of all items/products in the Eligible Order. If there are multiple items/products in an Eligible Order, the highest return window will be considered.
    • If an Eligible Order gets cancelled / returned, the related PlusCoins will get reversed.
    • In case of partial cancellation, if the net order value drops below Rs 250, then no PlusCoins will be awarded. In case the order consists of non-returnable items only, PlusCoins will be available to use at end of the day of delivery.
    • In case of replacement request of any of the products in the Eligible Order, PlusCoins will be credited only after expiry of the return period of the replaced items/products in the Eligible Order.

    EXPIRY OF PLUSCOINS

    • PlusCoins will expire after 1 year at the end of the month in which they were credited to a user's account. Expiry of PlusCoins only starts once these are credited into a user's accounts.

    • For example,

      • Example with earned & credited: Coins were earned on 30-June-2017 & credited into a user's account on 12 July 2017. These PlusCoins will expire on 31-July-2018
      • PlusCoins credited on 14-June-2017 will expire on 30-June-2018
      • Any PlusCoin credited in Aug 2018 will expire on 31st Aug 2019

    MERGING OF PLUSCOINS

    • PlusCoins from another account can be combined in case you have multiple accounts in your name, subject to verification to the satisfaction of Flipkart that the accounts are held by the same individual.
    • PlusCoins from the family member's account cannot be combined. PlusCoins cannot be gifted or transferred.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • These Terms are subject to change, at the sole discretion of Flipkart, from time to time.
    • PlusCoins cannot be converted to cash or used in lieu of cash.
    • PlusCoins are not transferable. Any wrongful transfer of PlusCoins shall be void ab initio.
    • PlusCoins cannot be used for purchases on the Platform in lieu of cash.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from earning any PlusCoin if any fraudulent/abuse/ reseller/affiliates activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of earning PlusCoins or if You have violated any Terms or applicable laws. Disqualification may result in immediate cancellation of all PlusCoins in 'earned' or 'pending to be earned'.
    • All PlusCoins accumulated on blacklisted accounts, as per applicable policies of Flipkart, shall be cancelled with immediate effect.
    • These Terms are subject to the prevailing laws of India.
    • You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
    • Flipkart disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of the applicable laws by You.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to suspend issue of PlusCoins to you personally, or to all users temporarily or permanently at any time without notice.
    • In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning PlusCoins or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and seat will be at Bangalore, Karnataka.
    • Flipkart reserves the right at any time to modify, withdraw or terminate 'PlusCoins' as a feature on the Platform at its discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
    • You are not bound in any way to actively accumulate or use PlusCoins. Any action towards using PlusCoins is voluntary.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
