Well, as long as your Camera Lens is listed as eligible and it has no damage (body or lens), it is good for exchange.
Brand of the old Camera Lens should match the declaration provided by you on the Flipkart website/ app at the time of purchase.
Lens should not have any crack, or misplaced from position. Lens Body should not have any crack/ dent.
How do I avail the Exchange Offer?
First, fill out the Exchange Offer form and provide details about your old Camera Lens and your location.
You'll then see the effective final price of the Camera Lens you wish to purchase. You can conveniently hand in your old Camera Lens to our wishmaster at the time of delivery.
How do I send my old Camera Lens back?
Your old Camera Lens will be picked up by us at the time the order delivery. Kindly keep your old Camera Lens handy.
Do I need the device's bill of sale when I'm exchanging it?

Can I exchange more than one device towards a purchase?
No. You can exchange only one lens in a single purchase.
What's the bill value when I avail the Exchange Offer?
The invoice sent post purchase will have the final adjusted amount and the final bill value.
Can I provide one address for pick up and another for delivery?
Both addresses need to be same, as pickup and delivery will happen simultaneously.
In case I wish to return the new Camera Lens bought in the Exchange Offer, will my old Camera Lens be shipped back to me?
No. Unfortunately, your old Camera Lens can not be shipped back. Flipkart will provide you vouchers, redeemable only on Flipkart, worth the value of the old Camera lens mentioned at the time of purchase.
Can I hand in a different Camera Lens for Exchange?
No. You can only exchange the Camera Lens for which you have provided details. The order will be rejected in case a different Camera lens is provided for exchange at the time of delivery.
Why do I see a pickup charge for availing the exchange offer?
When you avail the exchange offer, our courier partner picks up your old lens right from your doorstep. It is then shipped to the seller in lieu of the new device. The pickup charge covers cost of pickup from doorstep, packing and shipping of your old lens.
If my old item is found ineligible for the exchange during delivery, is it possible to make an additional payment at that time and collect only the new product?
