1. How does exchange work?

During the delivery of your new product, your old product will be picked up for exchange. The delivery agent will check its working condition before pickup.

2. How is the exchange price decided?

The exchange price is decided based on the product condition that you specified while placing the order.

3. Where can I find the exchange price?

You can find the exchange price in the "View checks" page in the "My orders" section under the new product you ordered.

4. Can the exchange price be lower than when I placed the order?

Yes. Based on the condition of your TV, the price may be reduced during the exchange.

5. What conditions can cause the price to be reduced?

  • Body condition: Broken body or major cracks, rust-causing body damages
  • Screen condition: Cracks or damage on screen; scratches on panel, horizontal/vertical lines on screen, spots/dots on panel, flickering on screen
  • Functional condition: Line or bars on the screen, speaker not working, video not working

6. Can my old TV be rejected during exchange?

Yes. Your old TV can be rejected during the exchange.

7. Under what conditions will my TV be rejected?

Your TV can be rejected during exchange if,

  • Brand / Type / Size is different from what was mentioned while placing the order
  • The TV is in a completely dismantled or disintegrated condition
  • The TV is fake
  • The product being exchanged is not a TV

8. How do I keep my TV ready for pickup?

Unplug the television and have it dismounted from the fixtures to keep it ready for pickup.

9. Does the price vary based on product condition for all pin codes?

No, this feature is only available for select pin codes. For other pin codes, bad product conditions will lead to rejection. Check the eligibility on the exchange page in the "Read all checks" section.

10. What do I do if my TV does not qualify for an exchange or if I don’t like the exchange price offered?

In both cases, you can get your new TV by paying an additional amount (equal to the exchange price) in cash at the time of delivery.

11. Should I have the bill for my old TV to exchange it?

No. You don’t need the bill for your old TV to exchange it.

12. Can I exchange more than one TV at a time?

No, you can only exchange one TV at a time.

13. Is it possible to deliver my new TV and pick up my old one at different addresses?

No. Since the delivery and pick-up happen at the same time, we’ll only be able to pick up and deliver to a single location.

14. If I wish to return the new TV bought with an exchange, will I get my old TV back?

No, we won’t be able to get your old TV . However, an EGV equal to the exchange price, would be provided once the new TV is picked up.

15. Can I exchange a TV different from the one mentioned during the order placement?

No. You can only exchange the TV that you’ve mentioned while placing your order.

16. Why am I being charged for availing the exchange?

To cover the costs of picking up, packing, and shipping your old TV to the seller, a nominal fee is being charged for the exchange.

17. Can I exchange a TV received under a Government/NGO scheme?

No. Due to legal reasons, you will not be able to exchange an appliance you received under a government/NGO scheme.

18. Will I get a proof of exchange for my old TV?

Yes. You will get an acknowledgement along with your e-bill to your registered email address once your old TV is picked up.
