Once you've decided which watch to buy, provide details of your old Smartwatch in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on selected watches only.

Once the Order is placed, the new product will be shipped. Hand in your old Smartwatch to the field executive at the time of delivery.

  • How do I know if my smartwatch is eligible for the Exchange Offer?

    • If your smartwatch passes the Exchange offer form then it's eligible for Exchange.
    • You can check the Exchange form, on the product page. This offer will also be listed there, if the seller product is eligible for the offer
  • My smartwatch is listed as eligible and exchange is available in my location. Are there any more conditions to avail the offer?

    • This offer will be applicable only on select smartwatches on the platform.
    • Well, as long as your smartwatch is not physically damaged, it is good for exchange.
    • smartwatch body should not have any cracks.
    • The smartwatch should switch on and/or should be in working condition
  • How do I avail the Exchange Offer?

    • First, you need to fill out the Exchange Offer form. We need some details about your old smartwatch and your location
    • You'll then see the effective final price of the smartwatch you wish to purchase. You can conveniently hand in your old smartwatch to our field executive at the time of delivery
  • How do I send my old smartwatch back?

    • Your old smartwatch will be picked up by us at the time the new one is delivered. Kindly keep your old smartwatch ready
  • Do I need the device's bill of sale when I'm exchanging it?

    • No. The bill is not required
  • Should the device be in working condition to qualify for this offer?

    • Yes, the device should be in working condition. However, the condition of the watch might influence the exchange pricing.
  • Can I exchange more than one device towards a purchase?

    • No. You may only exchange one device at a time
  • What's the bill value when I avail the Exchange Offer?

    • The invoice sent to the customer will have the final adjusted amount
  • Can I provide one address for pick up and another for delivery?

    • The address needs to be the same, as pickup and delivery happen simultaneously
  • In case I wish to return the new smartwatch bought in the Exchange Offer, will my old smartwatch be shipped back to me?

    • Unfortunately, the smartwatch you are exchanging cannot be shipped back to you, however refund of the old product will be issue in the form of electronic gift vouchers (EGVs)
  • Can I hand in a different smartwatch for Exchange?

    • You can only exchange the smartwatch for which you have provided details
  • Why do I see a pickup charge for availing the exchange offer?

    • When you avail the exchange offer, our courier partner picks up your old device right from your doorstep. It is then shipped to the seller in lieu of the new device. The pickup charge covers pickup from doorstep, packing and shipping of your old device. Flipkart only facilitates the exchange process
  • If my old item is found ineligible for the exchange during delivery, is it possible to make an additional payment at that time and collect only the new product?

    • If your exchange item does not qualify for pick up, you can still get your new product by paying an additional amount (equivalent to the discount that you got for your exchange item) in cash at the time of delivery of your new device.
