Q. What is Samsung Care+ Screen Protection Plan and why should I purchase it?**
Samsung Care+ Screen Protection Plan covers the damage to the front screen of your device. With this plan, you are covered for any damage to the front screen for up to 12 months.
Q. What is the benefit of this product?
Screen Protection Plan, as the name suggests covers the phone from any kind of screen damage. This plan covers broken and cracked screens for one year from the plan purchase date or device delivery date, whichever is later.
Q. How do i activate my Samsung Care+ pack after purchase?
Samsung Care+ packs are auto activated as soon as you purchase the pack or receive your device, whichever is later. You will receive a mail with policy certificate which is a proof of your activation.
Q. Can I buy multiple Samsung Care+ packs for one device?
No, for one IMEI number, only one Samsung Care+ pack can be bought throughout the life of the device.
Q. When does the validity of Samsung Care+ pack start?
For Screen Protection Plan, coverage of packs bought online will start from 8th day after plan purchase or device delivery whichever is later. Customer cannot raise claims within 7 days of plan activation.

Q. Do I need to pay while raising a claim?
Yes, you need to pay a one-time deductible every time you raise a damage claim. The cost ranges from Rs. 349 – Rs. 1999 depending on your device model.
Q. When do I need to pay the deductible?
You will be required to pay the deductible amount before submitting the device for repair at the Authorised Service Centre or before the pick-up of your device, in case you opt for pick-up.
You can pay online either by logging onto the Portal https://www.samsung.servify.techOR through the payment link sent via Email ID.
Q. Is pick-up and drop facility available for device repairs?
Yes, you can choose to avail pick-up & drop facility totally free of cost at the time of raising the claim. Please note that this facility is available at select pin codes only.
Q. Will I get Samsung Care+ for Samsung phones purchased outside India?
No. Mobile Samsung Care+ is only available for phones purchased in India.
Q. I want to cancel my Samsung Care+; shall I get a refund on the days remaining?
You can cancel the pack within 10 days of purchase only for plans bought on Flipkart.
Q. I am selling my phone. Can I transfer Samsung Care+ pack to the buyer?
Samsung Care+ pack is not transferrable.
Q. I own a refurbished or a second hand mobile. Can I buy Samsung Care+ for my mobile?
No, Samsung Care+ cannot be purchased for refurbished phones.
Q. I did not get a mail after purchasing Samsung Care+?
Please Call us on 1800 202 1234 if you do not receive a policy confirmation mail within 24 hours after purchasing. We will assist you.
Q. What documents should I provide to avail repair service?
Your policy confirmation mail is the only proof that you require to avail service from the service centre.
Q. How many times can I request for a repair under the Plan?
Under Screen Protection Samsung Care+ plan, you are allowed to raise One (1) damage claim per year.
Q. When can I claim damage protection under Samsung Care+ Plan?
You will be eligible for a claim after 7 days of activation of your Samsung Care+ Plan.
Devices that have undergone unauthorized repair and contain non genuine parts will not be covered under the plan.
Q. How can I check the status of my claim?
You can check the status of your claim on Samsung Care+ Portal in the "Track Request" section. You can login to the portal through My Galaxy app -\> Services Section -\> Samsung Care+
Q. My device is stolen; can I claim it under Samsung Care+Plan?
Samsung Care+ Plans do not cover theft and loss of thedevice.
Q. What happens to my personal data which is there in the device? How will you ensure the same is not misused?**
