Scapic Innovations Terms and Conditions

  • By proceeding with this Personal Loan the Customer agree and are bounded by -

    1. Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Scapic Innovations Private Limited and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform including any modifications, alterations or updates that Scapic and/or its lending partners makes. ; and
    2. all the terms and conditions of the Product as specified in the Product page. ; and
    3. all applicable terms and conditions of the Scapic’s lending partners (including the specific terms and conditions for the availing the Personal Loan)
  • The Customer understand and agree that the information that is stored and collected would be used for a lawful purpose in accordance with the Scapic privacy policy which may include, fulfilling internal operations, fulfilling requests, assistance to completion of online personal loan submission, improving developing or otherwise providing services associated with personal loans by Scapic.

  • Customer also authorize Scapic to collect and store the work details, PAN card details, gender and DOB for processing personal loan offers and further authorize Scapic to share this with its lending partners for issuance of the personal loan facility and services associated with it.This information would be stored as per the data retention clause in the Scapic privacy policy.
  • Customer further agree and consent for Scapic’s lending partners to share my information and data (such as loan application status, approved loan amount, ROI, NACH status, KYC status & loan disbursal status) with Scapic for the purpose of processing loan offers including the loan amount and EMI details
  • Customer hereby agree that the personal loan shall be approved at the sole discretion of Scapic’s lending partners and Scapic’s lending partners at their sole discretion has the right to reject any application on personal loan. Scapic shall not be held liable for any such disputes/issues arising due to rejection of loan application.
  • Customer understand and agree to indemnify and keep Scapic harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney & fees) that may be suffered by Scapic as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this Policy by the customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the Customer’s part.
  • Customer understands that Scapic will permanently delete all data and have no access to use any data received from the customers upon receiving the request from the customer to delete their data or revoke consent to use the data. The customers can write to support@super.money for requesting the deletion of their data or revocation of consent to use their data.
