Good A/C from Panasonic
The A/C works well and looks good. Installation was arranged in a day.
Cons:
Swing functionality is not good. Swings only for 30 degrees.
Aluminium compressor.
Price in flipkart keeps fluctuating. I bought for 35k but price dropped to 33k in a day. I don't like prices fluctuating so much in flipkart.

Had bought dis product 2 or 3yrs back now its not working since 6 months back because the compressor fan don't know how got broke within.
Since 6 months i m trying hard to fix the problem have search all over but the fan is not available anywhere.
Had talked to the customer service of the panasonic they were too not helpfull haven't took the matter seriously.
Would never recommend this brand to other.

Received a defective product
After shabby installation, the ac wasn't working. On my insisting to know the problem, i was told that the is not there and someone from service centre would come and fill it. That person was cool to say that "HOTA HAI KABHI KABHI". Next day after unlimited calls, a technician came and filled it...since past 2 days ac seems to be working...but somehow having fear...lets hope it works ok....

I ordered the product depending upon the stellar reputation of flipkart in customer service and delivering promises. But I feel badly let down. They promised me Pipe Extension - Chargeless Pipe Length: 7.5 m on their site but at the time of installation I was charged for the length of the pipe beyond 3 metres.
