If there is life on earth, it’s main reason is the five elements. This five elements affects the lives of all of us because without it we cannot imagine living life. These five elements are: Earth, water, fire, air and sky. We all also know that our body is made up of five elements, but we don’t know that in which part of the body are they? What is their size? What is their form? How do they affect etc. In this book, an attempt has been made to give a brief and simple introduction of five elements. Mahavakya - There are few great small sentences or phrases are there in the vedas, they are small phrases but contents very deep thoughts. Mahavakyas are such four phrases that helps humans every moment of life, which is also simple as well as beneficial.
