The film stars Vishal, Vikranth, Lakshmi Menon and 6-time National Film Award-winner Bharathiraja. This release was composed by D. Imman. A noted Indian film score composer and vocalist, D. Imman has won a Filmfare Award among other accolades for his most outstanding tunes. The lyrics for most of these songs were written by Vairamuthu, an Indian Tamil lyricist and poet who has worked with the likes of Grammy Award-winner A. R. Rahman and won 6 National Film Awards through the span of his career.
