Both are two types one is high protine 2+ that is showing in the picture . And 2nd is 37 nutrients growth ketch up 1st is very very effective in one time use but 2nd is 3 showing result in 3 months .both are good but flip card always give me 2nd when ever i ordered 1st . And always showing me 1st but give me 2nd type .
