First of all this is a great switch from polyester pads to cloth. One thing is we can reduce the amnt of pollution atleast by few number. But I gotta say after using this, prob is it stains the pantee. They cld hav given larger one's rather than giving one large and 3regular. Cuz it also depends on the flow. So yu need to provide a larger pads in size.

A:yes i used to change pad in every 3 hours bcoz of heavy bleeding but this cloth pad last long especially the long one ,long one is the best you can wear it upto 8 hour with no leakage,
