I have used menstrual cup for the first time and trust me it was so comfortable and ease to use this product. But after using 3 days I came across few videos in which I saw that you have to use a transparent cup instead of colored one. Make sure you use white or transparent cup and don't go with cheaper quality go with the costliest and FDA approve one
